Upon approval, bedding will be assigned and a room key will be issued. This is a shared room living space.

Rental fees are $115 per week or $460 per month

(Due at lease signing)

Download and print the below documents.  These documents must be completed prior to arriving at your intake appointment. You MUST have valid ID or TDCJ ID and social.

An initial Drug-test may be given

 

After Program Enrollment Clients may choose a program from these options below:

Eduverse- This options uses Education for the Diversion of Homelessness. Clients may enroll in a certification course through Dallas College (Megatronics, Logistics, Robotics, Construction, Nursing, etc.) and receive supportive serves, job-placement, and FREE rent for the duration of their education experience sponsored by The City of Dallas.

Workforce Development-This options focuses on job-readiness and GUARANTEED employment placement within 10 days from our list of leading employers with a guaranteed livable wage opportunity. Becoming Employable and Bankable are the objectives under this model.
